Rally was founded with an adventurous spirit and a firm belief in being better by doing better. We’re here to inspire people to get outside, get moving, exercise balance, have fun, and celebrate their wins (no matter how small).

We wanted something better.

We all care about what we're putting into our bodies—and now more than ever before. We saw a clear gap in the market for beer that still tasted great and didn’t leave us feeling worse. Tired of rising alcohol percentages, increased calorie counts and growingly niche flavour profiles, we knew that there was space for a new kind of beer. Something that more closely aligned with our own values and integrated functional ingredients to keep us on track.

It’s time to Rally.

Whether it’s at the trailhead, aprés ski, or at the end of your Saturday afternoon long run, Rally is the perfect post-session beer. It’s designed with these very moments (and many more) in mind, where we can be present with friends, spread kudos, and say “cheers” for getting after it. And while we still love to tip a tin or two—these days it tends to be a little sweatier, a little earlier, and with a lot less hangover.

As CEO, Alan is passionate about making a difference in his community through Rally For Good and to continue innovating our lineup of functional beers to inspire adventure. Alan’s background includes countless action-adventure hobbies, an MBA, and 10 years experience building & leading teams in the start-up space. Always passionate, learning, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Dave (aka Diesel) is a passionate outdoor and nature enthusiast. A former Wilderness Guide, Dave has led canoe and hiking expeditions throughout Canada. He loves nothing more than cerebral wanderings in the stern of a canoe and the warm glow of a backcountry campfire. Prior to Rally, Dave spent 10 years in consulting and business development in both IT and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Rally for Good serves as the philanthropic heartbeat of our organization. We have chosen to focus on three core areas: environmental conservation, health, and building community. Through cause-aligned sponsorship, giving, employee volunteering, environmental stewardship, and ethical business practices, we strive to serve our communities with the same level of passion and authenticity with which we brew our beer.

    Our wild spaces inspire us, ground us, and provide us sanctuary. We want to do everything we can to preserve them. Our commitment to the environment started with signing the 1% For The Planet initiative, and we continue to partner with local organizations and nonprofits to remove waste from our cherished natural world.
